Check out this exclusive video from Kevin Zegers, who plays Alec, for all you awesome Page to Premiere fans of ‘The Mortal Instruments’! We’re going to visit the set of the movie on the 21st of September, so please let us know your questions for the cast of the movie, as well as the author (Cassandra Clare) and the director (Harald Zwart).     hello my name is Danielle. i have this friend that i believe would be excellent if where to be cast for a future immortal instruments movie. so what i am asking is how would one audition even for something as simple as a back round roll. the reason that i am asking instead of him is he doesn’t believe good things happen to good people, and frankly i would love to prove him wrong and do something for him for a change. he is always helping others and giving them motivation. anything helps thanks. P.S. im a huge fan as well.

    why are you guys making the Mortal Instruments a movie? don’t get me wrong the idea does give one chills but….. in my opinion, not every popular book should become a movie. i absolutely loved the Twilight Saga(the books). it was like watching a movie in my head, all the emotions, the scenery. But then the actual movie came out. i was disappointed with the chosen actors, the Bella/Edward scenes held no spark and it was just blah. now I’ve gotten a glimpse of the cast for the mortal instruments and honestly..no just no..except for the actor playing Magnus Bane. if this comment is disregard and you go on with the production of the movie please let it live up to the expectations of those who actually read the book and are content with the fictional characters. good luck to all the cast and crew and continue to do your best.
