Not long after it was announced that The Selection by Kiera Cass was optioned to become a TV show for the CW, we already have two of our leads. Earlier this week Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights [TV]) nabbed the female lead America and today Ethan Peck (In Time) grabbed one of the male leads. Ethan , grandson of legendary Gregory Peck, plays Prince Maxon who is at the center of the competition that the story follows and is essentially the prize. The other male lead, Aspen, is America’s love interest before she is selected for the competition. The role of Aspen has yet to be cast, but at this rate we will probably find out next week who will fill that role.
