Second Book Title In ‘Divergent’ Series by Veronica Roth Announced!

This post really wouldn’t be complete without a dictionary definition, so here it is:

INSURGENT. Origin:
1755–65; < Latin insurgent- (stem of insurgēns ) present participle of insurgere: to get up, ascend, rebel.

1. a person who rises in forcible opposition to lawful authority, especially a person who engages in armed resistance to a government or to the execution of its laws; rebel.

Divergent will be making an appearance at Comic-Con, where Veronica Roth will be doing a signing! Are any of you heading to the conference to support Divergent?

    oh my god i loved the first book but i didnt like the ending… i hope the next book wont be all about wars… i liked the parts in the begining and how every thing was so simple… D:

    I just finished the book. I absolutely can’t wait until the second book comes out. I stayed up for 4 hour last night until 11:30 reading Divergent. I had a really hard time falling asleep last night because i wanted to know what was going to happen next. I wish that the book would be out already. I think it is the best book ever, because it is. I am so happy that my friend got me reading the book. I can’t wait until the second book comes out!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    and i cant wait until the movie comes out. The second book, Insurgent, is expected to come out in 2012. She is currently editing it.

    I. Am. In. Love. With. This. Book.
    I can’t put it down- and I finished it two weeks ago! How obsessive is that? I cannot even tell you why this is my all time favorite book (even above the Harry Potter and Hunger Games series). No complete reason! It speaks to me on such a deep level that other books haven’t even scratched the surface of. Oh, gosh, how I love this book.

    I love the second book and I really want to know when the third and fourth and the movie are coming out!!! I heard the 3rd book will come out in 2013 and the 4th book will come out in 2014!!! Then the movie will come out in 2015!!! Can’t wait!!!!!!
