It is officially the book birthday of Beautiful Darkness! You can go pick up your copy anywhere from Amazon to your local indie bookstore, it’s even at Target. Be sure to ask someone working there if you can’t find it, they may have not put them out yet. I can’t wait to hear what you all think of the sequel, because I loved it.

The biggest piece of news from the video is a fact about the movie that I’m not sure is well known yet. Warner Brothers has optioned all four books in the Caster Chronicles. This means that they have an option to create the movie sequels depending on the success of the first movie. So, the fact that WB has the options for all four movies, the movie has a director and a producer, and they are looking into what locations should look like with the authors… all leads to one great big amazing thing: the movie adaptation of Beautiful Creatures is (in my opinion only, not official in any way form or fashion) very, very likely to be completed.
