Director Rob Reiner and stars Penelope Ann Miller, John Mahoney, Kevin Weisman, and Rebecca De Mornay were present. Reiner’s film has been drawing comparisons to his earlier film “Stand By Me“, in addition to critical praise. Says Reiner: “Just like ‘Stand By Me’, I connected very deeply with the first feeling of falling in love…that’s why we set it in the same time period.” Read more in the Press Association.
